Here is how it works
Step 1
We conduct an initial injury screen where we will take you through a series of tests to determine your Injury Risk Score. This number tells us if you are High, Medium or Low risk.
Step 2
Based off your ACL risk testing data we conduct a through scientifically backed injury prevention program to address your risk factors and improve your Injury Risk Score.
Step 3
We conduct the same initial injury screen that we conducted at the start in order to show progress and quantify an objective decrease in ACL injury risk!
